Initial Intake Assessment - $15.00
Rates vary ($35.00 to $28.00 per 60 min sessions) depending on package length, such as number of months and number of days per week selected. 5% to 10% discounts given for longer programs.
Rates vary, ($32.00 to $26.00 per 60 min session). 5% to 10% discounts given based on length of program chosen.
All packages include a posture analysis, Basal Metabolic Rate and Body Fat Analysis*, physical assessment with continuing progress reports, personalized progressive training program, individualized nutritional guidelines and support, as well as text/email/phone support.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Habit Changing Programs
A fitness program designed to help you get better results through education, daily accountability and compliance tracking. Programming helps to change behaviors, thoughts and enhance your transformation. Each week you are given a new habit to build on. Daily reading lessons focusing on achieving that habit will ultimately help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

All programs are $15/week. You decide the length of the program. You can quit anytime. I send you daily emails with a new lesson and tips to help you change your nutrition and daily lifestyle habits. We check in together every day and helps you stay accountable.
